Accounts Assistant £33,000 + Bonus + 25 days hol
We are hiring for a reputable established company whom are now expanding the finance function in their London office. We are seeking an accounts assistant with Sage experience to join the team on a permanent basis.
The role:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Reconciliation of expenses, petty cash, bank accounts and credit card statements
- General bookkeeping duties
- Assisting with credit control
- General Accounts support and assistance to the team
- Supervision, mentoring and assisting with training of junior staff
Skills required
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel ETC would be beneficial
- Experience using Sage would be advantageous.
- Any accountancy qualifications would be advantageous, not essential
- Experience with bank reconciliation
- Experience carrying out invoicing
