We are seeking a talented Finance Manager reporting into the Head of Finance.

The role: 

• Leadership responsibilities and mentoring more junior team members;
• Supporting the production of management accounts and the development of KPIs;
• Calculation of material price, labour cost and transfer pricing;
• Develop the costing function to ensure profitability is maximised;
• Provision of information to drive commercial decision making;
• Enhance the budgeting and forecasting function;
• Business partner with heads of department to support decision making.

Suitable candidate:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified through experience;
• Experience of working within large company environments is desirable;
• Background of working in industries such as engineering or manufacture would be advantageous;
• Well-rounded analytical experience;
• Strong communication skills.
