Accounts Assistant £30-£35K + Bens, Glasgow
We are hiring for a small, friendly yet expanding Accountancy practice based in Glasgow. We are seeking an accounts assistant with ideally some practice experience to join the team whilst reporting into the Senior Accountant.
The role:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- HMRC VAT returns
- Corporation tax
- General bookkeeping duties
- Payroll
- Financial Reporting
- General Accounts support and assistance to the team
Skills required
- AAT qualified
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience using Sage / Xero would be advantageous.
- Experience with bank reconciliation
- HMRC VAT returns
- Tax and Payroll
